Elections for 13 Rajya Sabha seats (MPs), which are going to be vacant in April, will be held on March 31 with the fate of five from Punjab depending on the outcome of the state assembly polls on March 10. Among the remaining eight seats, three are from Kerala, two are from Assam and one each from Himachal Pradesh, Tripura and Nagaland.
