Absolutely.since cities are meant for developments of infrastructures for betterment of generations to come.But on the other hand the cattle movers should also be given space to comfort on their survivals which are the cattles itself. So win-win situations should be created for everyone.

Cows etc had always been an integral part of Indian household , Most people cannot drink milk as it is very costly and supplied by dairies after extracting the good elements in it. Govt policies had not been conducive to arrange for fodders at cheaper rate. Rearing of cows should be encouraged in the communities for deserving men who can attend to its cores so that fresh milk is available to all. But instead of pushing out the diaries from locality Govt must ensure strict maintainace of cleanliness in the cowsheds and particularly mosquito and pests should always be removed in war footing. Cowdung can be used in gobar gas chambers for energy and manure. Let some people get a living out of it while we benefit from fresh milk
