It is not right to hold patients to ransom. In fact why patients even public also should not be put to ransom. Everyday we see the Bus strikes, Auto strikes, teachers strikes, govt. employees srikes, municipal staff strikes, bank employees strikes, This has become a routine affair in the country. Every week we see in newspapers some strike is taking place somewhere which puts the public in problem - shall I say to ransom. This is not at all acceptable and desirable. first of all i dont agree with this new and increased trend of dharna, and social blackmail. on one side we are criticizing politicians for the same and on the other side intellectuals are also becoming an active part of this. also, if the clash was between doctors and politicians , why the common people was made to pay for it, rather they should have stopped giving medical facilities to politicians, and then i believe even the common public would have supported the cause.

Never. A doctor is supposed to attend to the patients for which he or she studies. The education is also subsidized by the government to a very large extend. Which means the people pay for their education. Also when they take oath to serve the people they should show more compassion to the patients. The government also should help them with security and adequate compensations.

WHEN THE SICK are denied treatment in a hospital or by a Doctor because they are poor how would we define this act? Extorting money during life and death compulsions is akin to the options a robber offers whilst pointing a gun. Why have these few begun to make money by holding back needed medical skills. Seeing members of the noblest profession stoop so low to scoop up more dough gives me the chills. What then is the difference between them and a bandit? Noble Doctors will not do it. They'll sacrifice their fees and time to selflessly serve those in need. Their goal was not greed but to uplift their soul. They chose the medical profession to serve the children of God. They shall surely get a divine reward.

Doctors ,before starting practice have to take oath , that they shall treat patients with utmost care ,discharge duties with diligence , so if patients are not being treated in time by Doctors ,it is offence, crime Indian Govt is utterly failed to protect patients in the Hospitals
