Though medical aspirants, attempting NEET 2022, are allowed to wear hijab/burqa, it is important to have chosen 'the customary dress' option while filling the application forms. A girl, who came with her burqa to attend the test at a centre in Avadi near Chennai forgot to select the said option while applying. So, she had to remove her burqa before entering the exam hall.
Additional marks will be given to candidates in the following cases, only if they have attempted the question
In Madurai district, over 8000 candidates are writing the NEET exam 2022 at 13 exam centres.
K Rajyakkodi, a candidate from Madurai is writing NEET exam at 56 years of age at the exam centre in Velammal Vidyalaya School in Anuppanadi. He has prepared for a year to write the exam and hopes to create awareness about taking the exam to pusue MBBS. He previously studied agriculture and has a son who is a second year MBBS student.
The NEET 2022 exam is going to begin in a while and candidates have already entered the examination centres. The NEET exam will begin at 2 pm and will end at 5:20 pm.
