Both male and female employees, though inadvertently, become too repetitive in their dressing. Don't forget that colleagues often keep a tab of what you wore the previous day, so repetition isn't advised.<br><br> <b>BLUNDER MANAGEMENT</b>: For tops, shirts and skirts, avoid wearing them more than once a week. However, trousers may be worn on alternative days. "Try different, creative combinations each time you dress up. If you plan to repeat a tunic top after a small gap, style it with a nice scarf or a spaghetti top to impart a novel look," suggests Wirk.<br><br> Men can play with their attire by mixing-and-matching belts, waist coats and ties. "Accessories make a lot of difference, but again their usage should be subtle. Big buckle or studded belts won't look good in an office culture," shares Rahul.<br><br> Men can be all the more creative. The same shirt with a formal suit can be transformed into a semi-formal outfit when teamed up with a plain, round-neck T-shirt worn beneath.<br><br>
