5 upcoming smartphones set to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is Qualcomm's newest top-tier chip for Android phones. Made by TSMC using advanced 4nm technology, it has a unique core setup. This chip is set to offer new on-device AI and cross-device features called "Snapdragon Seamless."

Xiaomi is among the first to embrace the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, as the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro have already been announced. These devices are set to debut in China before expanding to the global market, likely in 2024.

Realme is not one to be left behind, and they have also revealed their intentions to incorporate the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in an upcoming device, likely to be the Realme GT5 Pro.
