Yoga has been an integral part of wellness for centuries with countless people taking to it. Bollywood actress
Ihana Dhillon also shares a huge affinity for yoga and today on
International Yoga Day, she urges everyone to take up some form of it.
Talking about the benefits that she has felt by talking up the practice of yoga, Ihana says, “ I practice the
anulom vilom technique very frequently. And
chakrasana and the
surya namaskar are my favourites. Just doing a few minutes of these each morning brings a huge change to my inner equilibrium. It just totally switches my outlook and each day it fills me with gratitude and puts me in just the right frequency that I need to operate on. I wish everyone a very Happy International Yoga Day. Let's all take it upon ourselves to become fit and make our families and near and dear one’s fitter."
The actress who likes to take up something new, picked up Spanish through an online course during the lockdown. She also learnt sketching at this time.
Meanwhile, she spent her time in the last few weeks lending a helping hand to the needy where she prepared food packets for the migrant workers.
