‘Avatar: Fire And Ash’ box office collection day 9: James Cameron's film inches closer to the Rs 130 crore mark in second week

'Avatar: Fire And Ash’ was off to a strong start in Indian theatres; however, week 2 has been a different story altogether. While the second Friday saw the all-time lowest collection for the film with Rs 7.65 crore, the weekend rush picked up the pace and sales heightened. As per the Sacnilk report, ‘Avatar: Fire And Ash’ collected a total of Rs 9.50 crore on its 9th day at the Indian box office. The weekend rush helped the sales rise again; however, the number did not match the earnings of week 1. The film has earned a total of Rs 126.65 crore at the Indian box office.As for occupancy, the film had a total of 48.14% English occupancy for shows on December 27.
