The sequel, however, faces hurdles regarding rights ownership. The original film was produced by Percept Picture Company and Sahara Motion Pictures, but neither is currently associated with the upcoming project. Producer Shailendra Singh shared that Paresh Rawal had reached out on behalf of an independent producer to inquire about the sequel’s rights. He further explained that the rights appear to be shared between Sahara and another party, and he does not have clear documentation regarding them.
