Raashii Khanna is all set for her most awaited film 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' where she shares screen space with the Telugu superstar

As quoted by Indian Express, speaking at a press meet, Raashii described witnessing the fan phenomenon known as ‘Pawanism’, “When I looked at his fans from the stage, it felt like they were worshipping Pawan Kalyan like a god,”
Actress agreed to film without hearing script
Raashii Khanna revealed that she signed the film immediately after learning about Pawan Kalyan’s involvement. She said, “To be honest, the moment I heard that it (Ustaad Bhagat Singh) was Pawan Kalyan Garu’s film, I immediately said yes with great excitement, even before listening to the story,”

She added, “Ever since I did my first film, I had heard a lot about his stardom and the phenomenon called Pawanism. From then on, I wished to act with him at least once. With Ustaad Bhagat Singh, that dream has come true.”
Raashii Khanna clarifies her role in the film
Addressing speculation about her screen presence, the actress explained her character arc, “We actually don’t have scenes together. Each character has its own space and importance. My role also has good variations.”
Raashii also mentioned that she features in a mass song in the film and added that shooting the song was one of the most enjoyable parts of the project, especially since she enjoys dancing.
Actress praises Pawan Kalyan’s personality
Raashii Khanna also spoke about Pawan Kalyan’s off-screen personality, describing him as simple and thoughtful in real life. She said, “He (Pawan Kalyan) is always seen reading books. There is an innocence about him that is hard to explain.”
Pawan Kalyan calls Chiranjeevi his ‘real hero’
In another pre-release event held at Yusufguda Police Grounds in Hyderabad, Pawan Kalyan spoke about his journey in cinema.
During his speech, he said, “I love cinema. Cinema fed me and gave me the identity that allowed me to serve the people. That is why I always wish well for directors, writers and producers.” He added, “I have never cared about film collections. I do not see films as Telugu cinema or Tamil cinema. I only see them as Indian cinema.”
Calling Chiranjeevi his inspiration, he said, “For me, the real hero is Chiranjeevi. I sincerely thank my elder brother for appreciating this film’s trailer and tweeting about it.” The 'OG' actor also expressed gratitude to Ram Charan and filmmaker Buchi Babu Sana.
'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' is set to release in theatres on March 19.
