Dev unveils Jhilmil Laage Re in Malda as Raghu Dakat’s carnival begins

The festive fervour touched new heights in Malda as megastar Dev, along with co-stars Anirban Bhattacharya, Sohini Sarkar and Idhika Paul, and director Dhrubo Banerjee, unveiled the second song of Raghu Dakat, titled “Jhilmil Laage Re.” The launch turned into a spectacular celebration, marking the grand kickoff of the film’s Bengal’s Biggest Carnival campaign.A massive crowd gathered to witness the event, which was packed with live music, thunderous applause, and the full star cast’s presence. The atmosphere resembled a carnival. Shot in the exotic forests of Krabi, Thailand, Jhilmil Laage Re unfolds as a soulful romantic ballad featuring Dev and Idhika. With breathtaking visuals rooted in folklore and fantasy, the song offers a glimpse into the grandeur and magic that define Raghu Dakat.The track has been composed by Nilayan Chatterjee, with poignant lyrics by Prasen and rendered in the powerful voices of Ishan Mitra and Shuchismita Chakraborty. Promising a cinematic saga of rebellion, devotion, love and legend, Raghu Dakat is already being hailed as the most awaited Puja release of the season.
