Basirhat recorded the highest turnout at 53.97 per cent, followed by Mathurapur at 53.78 per cent, Barasat at 53.59 per cent, Diamond Harbour at 52.44, Dum Dum at 49.31, Joynagar (SC) at 48.64 per cent, Jadavpur at 48.09 per cent, Kolkata South at 43.8 per cent. Kolkata North registered the lowest turnout till 1 pm at 43.68 per cent

According to Election Commission data, voter turnout was highest in Rajmahal with 55.60 per cent, followed by Dumka and Godda with 53.15 and 50.38 per cent, respectively

The delegation, which is expected to seek a meeting with the poll panel at 3.30 pm today, is likely to be led by Bengal BJP leaders Jai Prakash Majumdar and Shishir Bajoria

23.12 per cent polling was recorded in Chincholi till 11 am, while in the Kundgol Assembly seat by-election, 21.06 per cent polling was registered

Rajaram, 56, was the presiding officer of booth number 381 at Prathmik Vidhyalay Madhopur in Pipraich

The highest turnout was 26 per cent in Maharajganj, while Robertsganj reported the lowest turnout of 20.20 per cent, the Election Commission said

According to Election Commission data, voter turnout was highest in Rajmahal with 32.22 per cent, followed by Godda and Dumka with 30.15 and 28.60 per cent, respectively
