The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) will close the online registration process for Clerk Grade II and Junior Assistant recruitment 2026 tomorrow, February 13. Candidates who have not yet applied must complete their application on the official SSO portal before the deadline. The recruitment drive aims to fill 10,644 vacancies across Rajasthan. This includes posts in both TSP and Non-TSP areas. Applications will not be accepted after the last date. Candidates are advised to check their eligibility, upload correct documents, and pay the required fee on time. The written examination is scheduled for July 5 and 6, 2026. Admit cards will be released before the exam.
RSSB has announced a total of 10,644 vacancies for Clerk Grade II and Junior Assistant posts. Out of these, 9,642 posts are for Non-TSP areas and 1,002 posts are for TSP areas.
Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. They must also hold a valid computer qualification. Accepted qualifications include NIELIT O Level or CCC, COPA, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Computer Application, RSCIT certificate, or Class 12 with Computer as a subject.
The minimum age required is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years as on January 1, 2027. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government rules. Applicants must also have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and basic knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture.
The application fee for General, EWS and OBC creamy layer candidates is Rs 600. For OBC non-creamy layer, EWS (Rajasthan), SC, ST and PwD candidates of Rajasthan, the fee is Rs 400. A correction charge of Rs 300 will apply if candidates make changes in the form during the correction window.
Candidates must apply online through the Rajasthan SSO portal. They need to log in using their SSO ID. After logging in, they must select the recruitment portal, fill in personal and academic details, upload scanned documents, and pay the application fee online. After successful submission, candidates should download and keep a copy of the application form for future reference.

The selection process will include a written examination followed by document verification. The written exam will be conducted on July 5 and July 6, 2026. The exam will be objective in nature. Detailed syllabus and exam pattern are available in the official notification.
