IIT Advanced admit card 2026: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will release the Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) admit cards tomorrow, May 11, 2026. Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination will be able to download their hall tickets from the official JEE Advanced portal starting on 10:00 IST. The admit card link will remain active till 2:30 PM on May 17, 2026.
IIT Roorkee, the organising institute for this year’s examination cycle, will conduct JEE Advanced 2026 in two compulsory papers on May 17. Paper 1 will be conducted from 09 AM to 12 PM. The Paper 2 will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must appear for both papers. Absence from either paper could lead to disqualification from the ranking process.
The admit card will carry crucial details including examination centre address, reporting time, candidate credentials, and examination-day instructions. Students have been advised to verify all details carefully immediately after downloading the document.
The hall ticket will be a compulsory document for entering the examination centre. Candidates will also be required to carry a valid photo identity proof along with the printed admit card.
Officials have warned candidates against waiting till the last moment to download the document, as heavy traffic on the website closer to the examination date could lead to technical delays.
IIT Roorkee has also announced assistance measures for Persons with Disabilities candidates and those with less than 40 percent disability who face writing difficulties.
Such candidates will be allowed to select a scribe on May 16, 2026, a day before the examination.
The post-examination process will begin quickly after the test concludes.

The final answer key and JEE Advanced 2026 results will be declared on June 01, 2026, at 10:00 IST.
Students seeking admission into architecture programmes at IITs through the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2026 will be able to register from June 01, 2026.
The registration process will continue till June 02, 2026, 17:00 IST. The AAT 2026 examination is scheduled for June 04, 2026, between 09:00 IST and 12:00 IST. Results will be announced on June 07, 2026, at 17:00 IST.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 counselling process is tentatively expected to begin on June 02, 2026, from 17:00 IST.
The counselling process will determine admissions into IITs, NITs, IIITs and other participating technical institutes based on candidates’ JEE Advanced and JEE Main ranks.
