JEE Main 2024 Admit Card BTech Live Updates : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main Admit Card for B.E/B.Tech. (Paper 1) Examination 2024. Candidates must note that the admit card is out for the exam scheduled to take place on January 27, 2024. Those who have registered for the Joint Entrance Examination (Session 1) can access their hall tickets from the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Candidates must note that the NTA has already released the admit card for B.Arch and B. Planning programmes scheduled to be conducted on January 24, 2024. As per the schedule, the JEE Main 2024 January Session will be held at different examination centres throughout the country on January 24 for B.Arch. & B. Planning (Paper 2A & Paper 2B) and January 27, 29, 30, 31 and February 01, 2024 for B.E./B.Tech. (Paper 1). The exam will be conducted in various languages, including Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to Hindi and English. JEE Main 2024: Session 1 exam schedule
The B.Tech/B.E or Paper I exam is scheduled for January 27, 29, 30, 31, and February 1, 2024. The Paper I exam will take place in two shifts: the first shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and the second shift from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

JEE Main Admit Card for BE/BTech 2024: Contact the NTA helpline for any issues
If a candidate can't download their Admit Card from the website, they should contact the NTA Help Line at 011-40759000 between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM. If there's any mistake in the candidate's details, photo, or signature on the e-Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate should promptly reach out to the NTA Help Line during the same hours. In this situation, the candidate should still attend the exam with the Admit Card they've already downloaded. The NTA will fix any errors in the records afterward.

JEE Main Exam 2024: Marking scheme for Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)

  • Correct answer or the most appropriate answer four marks (+4).
  • Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1).
  • Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0).
  • If more than one option is found to be correct then four marks (+4) will be awarded to only those who have marked any of the correct options.
  • If all options are found to be correct then four marks (+4) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question.

NTA JEE Mains 2024 Hall Ticket: Exam Pattern for BE/BTech
Each Subject will have two sections. Section A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value. In Section B, candidates have to attempt any 05 questions out of 10. There will be negative marking for both Section A and Section B. For each question in Section B, a candidate has to enter the correct integer value of the answer using the mouse and the onscreen virtual numeric keypad in the place designated to enter the answer. For Section B, the answer should be rounded off to the nearest integer.

JEE Mains Admit Card 2024: Mode of examination

JEE (Main) - 2024 is being conducted in the following modes:



  • Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.): Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.
  • Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode, to be attempted on drawing sheet of A4 size.
  • Paper 2B (B. Planning): Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part-III) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only.
