Vijayawada: A 26-year-old software engineer from Gudivada town in Andhra Pradesh was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his company-provided accommodation at Panchkula in Haryana. Panchkula police suspect the deceased, identified as Bandla Rishikesh, died by suicide as he was alone in his room at the time of the incident. Rishikesh was a native of Bethavolu under Gudivada I Town police station limits in Krishna district. His colleagues, who found the room door locked, broke it open and found Rishikesh dead, following which they alerted local police."We received information about the death of Rishikesh around 3 pm on Thursday. We immediately informed his parents, who reside in Bethavolu," Gudivada I Town police inspector Kondapalli Srinivas told TOI. Rishikesh's parents left for Haryana on Thursday evening.Rishikesh, who secured a job at Vedi Technologies with an annual package of Rs 9 lakh, left for Panchkula from Hyderabad on March 30 and was staying in the company-provided accommodation at Pinjore Amaravati Enclave. Rishikesh's father Bandla Mohan Rao runs a kirana store at Bethavolu.According to his social media profile, Rishikesh completed his BTech in computer science engineering from a private university and previously worked as a salesforce developer at an IT company.
