Record 240 development works to be unveiled in Nellore Rural on March 22
Tirupati: The Nellore rural assembly constituency will witness the inauguration of a record 240 development works, completed with a budget of ₹27 crore, on Mar 22.According to Nellore rural TDP legislator Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, the foundation stone for 240 development works was laid in Jan this year, and the works were completed within a record 60 days.State endowments minister and Nellore strongman Anam Ramanarayana Reddy will inaugurate a slew of development works at Padurupalli, and NDA alliance activists, along with residents, will participate in the simultaneous launch of 240 development works across multiple locations in the Nellore rural assembly constituency on Mar 22.Kotamreddy asserted that the Nellore rural assembly constituency has undergone a sea of transformation since the TDP-led NDA alliance came to power in the state.The Nellore rural legislator underlined that the state govt recently allocated ₹236 crore, with which the much-needed improvements to civic infrastructure are being implemented by establishing underground drainage systems and drinking water storage tanks, and by laying new CC roads across the assembly constituency.Kotamreddy added that the state govt has also allocated ₹7 crore for the beautification of 29 parks across the Nellore rural assembly constituency, further enhancing the constituency's aesthetics.
