No negligence in resolving people’s problems, CM warns officials
Gorakhpur: Directing officials to ensure prompt, transparent and satisfactory resolution of all cases, chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday warned that negligence in addressing people's problems would be "unacceptable".The chief minister made the remarks while interacting with people during Janata Darshan in front of the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan at Gorakhnath Temple.

Moving among the seated applicants, Yogi personally met around 150 people and assured them that every complaint would be addressed."The govt is committed to resolving every genuine grievance. Officials must act with sensitivity and urgency," he said, while forwarding applications to the departments concerned for immediate action.The chief minister also instructed officials to take strict legal action against those illegally occupying land or harassing weaker sections.Several applicants sought financial assistance for medical treatment. The CM assured them that the state govt would extend necessary support and directed officials to expedite the preparation of medical estimates so that the cases could be processed quickly for aid.
