Varanasi: Launching an awareness drive to mobilise litigants for taking benefits of the National Lok Adalat, to be held on Saturday, , district Judge and DLSA Varanasi chairman Sanjeev Shukla on Thursday flagged off two publicity vehicles at a ceremony at the district court premises.
District Legal Services Authority ( DLSA) secretary Rajeev Mukul Pandey said that to ensure successful conduct of the National Lok Adalat, the focus is to make maximum people aware about it.
The district Judge said that raising awareness among the general public about the upcoming National Lok Adalat is a must as it helps in early disposal of their long-pending cases.
Presiding officer of the motor claims and accident tribunal Ramkesh, ADG and nodal officer of National Lok Adalat Alok Kumar, all judicial officers, chief revenue officer and administrative department employees and members were present at the event.
