CM assures prompt redressal of public grievances
Gorakhpur: CAddressing issues of nearly 200 people at Janata Darshan programme at Gorakhnath Temple here on Tuesday, CM Yogi Adityanath assured people that the govt would ensure prompt and transparent resolution of their problems.
After listening to their grievances, the CM handed over their applications to officials concerned for immediate action. He directed administrative and police officers to deal with public issues sensitively and ensure time-bound disposal of complaints.
During the programme, several people raised issues related to land disputes, police matters and financial assistance for medical treatment. Taking serious note of complaints regarding illegal land possession, Yogi instructed officials to initiate strict legal action against those forcibly encroaching upon others’ property.
Some people also appealed for govt help for costly medical treatment. Assuring them of full support, the CM said no patient should suffer because of lack of funds. He directed officials to prepare treatment estimates quickly so that financial aid could be released without delay.
