"The youth died in hospital after being beaten and tortured. Autopsy should be done according to the ruling of the high court, and it should be videographed. Family members should be given the opportunity to see the body."A police official said the exact cause of death will be ascertained after the autopsy report comes out. The judicial magistrate was also inquiring into the matter. Action will be taken against officers if any misconduct was proved, he said.
