Thiruvananthapuram: Thiruvananthapuram MP Shashi Tharoor's latest book, titled The Sage Who Reimagined Hinduism: The Life, Lessons, & Legacy of Sree Narayana Guru, was released at the inaugural venue of 93rd Sivagiri pilgrimage on Tuesday.
In a ceremony held at Sivagiri Mutt, Varkala, Vice-President C P Radhakrishnan, released the book by handing over the first copy to Kerala governor Rajendra Arlekar.

Tharoor's new book explores the life and philosophy of Sree Narayana Guru, as well as the revolutionary changes he brought about in the history of Kerala renaissance and within Hinduism.
The event took place in the presence of Swami Satchidananda, president, Sree Narayana Dharma Sanghom Trust, Swami Subhamgananda, general secretary, Sree Narayana Dharma Sanghom Trust, Union minister of state for tourism Suresh Gopi and state local self-govt minister M B Rajesh.
