CM Hemant Soren should take steps for a high-level inquiry in connection with withdrawals in all the districts, units and forces,” he said. The constables were held in Hazaribag came a day after the arrest of an accountant in Bokaro, who allegedly transferred govt funds from the treasury to his wife’s account.Suspecting that the scam took place in other departments as well, Murmu said there could be efforts to cover up the defalcation.
