Jamshedpur: The Tata Main Hospital (TMH) in Jamshedpur has added a series of new and upgraded facilities aimed at enhancing patient care and visitor convenience, it said on Thursday. The facilities include renovated nursery and online in-patient (IP) payment system and a single point admission counter (SPAC). These initiatives are designed to streamline hospital processes, improve accessibility, and enhance overall patient experience.
Dr. Vinita Singh general manager of medical services at TMH, said the new facilities are part of the continuous efforts to integrate advanced healthcare services with digital convenience and improved amenities.
The newly launched online IP payment system enables patients and their families to make secure payments remotely, reducing the need for physical visits for financial transactions. The platform supports multiple payment options, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI, offering greater convenience and efficiency.
