Ranchi: The Republic Day parade at Morabadi Ground on Monday will present a visual narrative of governance reforms, social transformation, cultural heritage and growth in the state through 12 thematic tableaux prepared by govt departments.Ranchi DPRO Urvashi Pandey said, “A total of 12 tableaux from different departments will participate in the Republic Day parade at Morabadi, each based on specific themes highlighting development schemes, social initiatives, heritage and public welfare programmes.”

Higher education initiatives will be represented by the department of higher and technical education through the Guruji Student Credit Card and Chief Minister Fellowship Scheme, focusing on access to education and academic support.The Information and Public Relations Department will depict the state’s journey since its formation and key achievements over the years through Jharkhand@25 tableau. The home department will showcase ‘Digital Arrest’.Social welfare department focuses on child marriage prevention, while the health department will highlight improved healthcare services by strengthening sadar hospitals. The state’s cultural and historical legacy will be reflected in the tourism department’s tableau, featuring the Maluti temples, Jama Masjid of Sahibganj, and the Palamu Fort.
Rural livelihoods and women empowerment will be showcased by the Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) through the Sakhi Mandal theme, portraying the role of self-help groups in economic self-reliance. The khadi and village industries department will depict the making and weaving of khadi and traditional clothes, celebrating local craftsmanship and sustainable livelihoods.The forest department will highlight Jharkhand’s wildlife, including elephants and other native species, emphasising conservation and biodiversity. The education department will present “Sapno Ki Udan”, symbolising the aspirations of students through quality education.
