PU syndicate gets new members

PATNA: Patna University (PU) syndicate has got four new members. They are PU zoology head Sudhir Kumar Srivastava, PU sociology head Bimla Shukla, Patna Science College principal Kashi Nath and Patna Women’s College principal Doris D’souza. These new members will have a one-year term, according to a PU notification.
Meanwhile, PU vice-chancellor Sudeepto Adhikari has directed the humanities faculty dean to officiate as the social science faculty dean in view of the forthcoming university convocation.
