Recently, a screenshot claiming to show the UGC NET result page has gone viral on social media, causing significant confusion among students. The image includes a link titled 'UGC NET Result 2024,' which is not present on the official NTA website. This led to frustration and a lot of speculation too. While some students believe the NTA may have briefly posted the link before removing it, others are labeling it as fake or AI-generated.

Earlier, Supreme Court lawyer Ujjawal Gaur came forward to advocate for UGC NET candidates, calling on the authorities to promptly release the results. In a formal letter to the Chairperson of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Testing Agency (NTA), Gaur highlighted the anxiety experienced by students as a result of the extended delay in announcing the results. Should the postponement persist, he expressed his readiness to seek judicial action to ensure that students receive the justice they deserve.

Despite the ongoing uncertainty, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is yet to release the results. Following the June session exams, which saw participation from over 9 lakh candidates, students have been anxiously awaiting their scores.
