District president Subedar Harendra Tiwari said the organisation had been making efforts for many years to secure 50 decimals land for ex-servicemen, and the clarity with which the matter was presented was commendable.Addressing the gathering, MLA Anand Mishra said he would not restrict the matter to the assembly but would work to ensure its implementation on the ground. He assured that if the govt failed to provide land, he would personally purchase land and provide it to ex-servicemen. He also asked them to submit five additional key demands for resolution.
