"A white Maruti Suzuki Victoris without a licence plate started pursuing my vehicle on Tamil Sangam Marg. It then tried to dash against us," he said. Gupta said he heard one of the occupants identify him as the complainant in Yadav's case and say he would teach him a lesson. A man then got out of the car and tried to assault him. He was overpowered by Gupta's personal security officers (provided to him on the recommendation of a witness protection committee). The other four men drove off. The attacker, identified as Nadim Khan, was handed over to RK Puram Police and arrested. Gupta, a resident of Ghaziabad's Rajnagar, told TOI this was the second time that he was threatened by Yadav's henchmen since the case was lodged in Nov 2023. The YouTuber is under investigation for supplying snake venom at raves. Yadav's petition to quash the case was rejected by Allahabad HC, following which he filed an appeal before the apex court. The matter is scheduled to be heard on March 19. In his complaint to the police, Gupta alleged that Khan was working for Yadav and must be interrogated. He added that it was also imperative to arrest those accompanying him.
