Fadnavis: BJP workers must be grassroots role models

Nagpur: Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday asked BJP office-bearers and workers from Nagpur to strengthen the party at grassroots level, stressing the party draws its strength from its workers and that they must serve as role models for all. Fadnavis was addressing participants at the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Maha Abhiyan 2026, training camp held by the BJP in Nagpur. BJP's Nagpur city president Dayashankar Tiwari was among those present.Chandan Goswami, party spokesperson, said, "Fadnavis gave guidance on how behaviour of a party worker should be, as it is from the basics true character of a person emerges. We believe in serving others, which is why the worker needs to be committed to the cause."
