Bail plea of 2 tiger poachers rejected
The Umred judicial magistrate first class (JMFC) VL Bhosale on Thursday rejected the bail application of notorious tiger poachers Ajit Rajgond and Rauna.
NAGPUR: The Umred judicial magistrate first class (JMFC) VL Bhosale on Thursday rejected the bail application of notorious tiger poachers Ajit Rajgond and Rauna.
The arguments on their bail application were heard last week and on Thursday. Ajit brother of poacher Keru, who is absconding,
had confessed to killing a tiger in Umred-Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary in May 2012 besides another tiger in Khumari in Ramtek range.
According to forest department sources, a Charge sheet against Ajit is expected to be filed on Friday.
