Coronavirus India live news: Gujarat, Karnataka to go under total lockdown till March 31

Lockdown in Delhi, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram and other major cities of India has been announced following a steep rise in number of Covid-19 confirmed cases in the country. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led central govt has directed states to strictly enforce lockdown and take legal action against violators. The maximum number of cases have being reported from Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka, Delhi, and Rajasthan. Stay with TOI for all updates:

The number of patients in Delhi’s hospitals with Covid-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, touched 30 on Sunday with three more confirmed cases.
