KOTTAYAM: Chief minister Oommen Chandy underwent a coronary angiography at the government medical college hospital here on Monday.
Chandy was admitted to the hospital around 8.15 am after he complained of fatigue and physical discomfort. Doctors found him to be suffering from low blood pressure.
Cardiologists, who expressed satisfaction over angiography results, said the chief minister would be discharged on Tuesday.

Dr V N Jayaprakash, cardiologist, had examined Chandy at the tourist bungalow here on Sunday. On Monday, he was again examined and advised to get admitted.
Besides Dr Jayaprakash, cardiologists Dr Raju George and Dr Ajith Mullassery from Madras Medical Mission, too, examined the chief minister.
Chandy has been kept under observation in the VIP ICU.
His programmes for three days have been cancelled.
Ministers Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, V S Shivakumar, Adoor Prakash and K Babu, speaker G Karthikeyan and government chief whip P C George visited the chief minister.
