HZL partners Virginia Tech to up silver output

Jaipur: Hindustan Zinc signed an MoU with Virginia Tech to undertake research for improving silver recovery from its lead–zinc concentrators, the company said Thursday. The institution will conduct scientific studies to refine flotation techniques used in processing ore and optimise the use of reagents that help separate and concentrate metals such as lead, zinc and silver., Hindustan Zinc said.
