Two fire incidents reported on Khandwa Road

Indore: Two fire incidents were reported along Khandwa Road between late Monday night and early Tuesday morning, at a marriage garden and a cowshed (gaushala). Two animals sustained burn injuries.Around 11:30 pm, fireworks during a wedding procession ignited nearby bushes and a portion of the tent at Radha Krishna Garden in Pipalyarao, as per eyewitness account. The fire caused brief panic among the guests but some of them managed to extinguish the flames before they could spread.Another incident occurred at approximately 4:30am at a cowshed near Shanti Farm House in Ayodhyapuri. Upon receiving the alert, the fire department dispatched a team that battled the blaze for nearly two hours. Firefighters used approximately 25,000 litres of water to bring the fire under control.Fire personnel managed to evacuate several cattle trapped inside the burning structure. Officials confirmed that while most animals were saved, two suffered burns. The cause of the fire at the cowshed has not yet been determined.
