Hyderabad: Chief minister A Revanth Reddy will lay the foundation stone for development projects worth ₹1,474 crore in Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC) on Sunday.
One of the major projects is the construction of alternative roads around the AOC Centre at an estimated cost of ₹960 crore. The chief minister will also lay the foundation stone for a six-lane, two-way flyover connecting TKR College Junction, Gayatrinagar Junction and Manda Mallamma Junction, being taken up at a cost of ₹416 crore.
In another development, the foundation stone for the new MMC office building will be laid at Uppal Bhagayat Layout Phase 3. The civic office complex is being constructed at a cost of ₹98 crore. Apart from this, the CM will lay the foundation stone for Cyberabad Municipal Corporation office building in Kothaguda.
During the programme, Revanth will also launch the state govt's newly developed Cure-1 mobile application. The app is designed to provide citizens with a unified platform for making various govt-related payments, including property tax, electricity bills, water charges, traffic challans and other service payments.
CM Revanth will also lay the foundation stone for a 100-bed area hospital in Uppal. The healthcare facility, estimated to cost ₹27.17 crore, will be constructed on 0.97 acres of land and is expected to enhance medical services for residents of the area.
