NEET paper leak: Youth Cong demand minister’s resignation
Hubballi: Youth Congress activists in Hubballi on Wednesday staged a protest condemning the leak of the NEET question paper and urged the resignation of Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The activists also tried to gherao the house of Union minister Pralhad Joshi. Police blocked the protesters midway and detained them.
The protesters, led by Hubballi-Dharwad Yuva Congress president and corporator Arjun Patil, gathered near Ramesh Bhavan hotel in Keshwapur. They launched the protest march towards Union minister Pralhad Joshi’s residence, when policemen led by ACP North Shivanand Chalvadi stopped them by barricading. Protesters barged and police detained the protesters.
