Nagaland MP seeks status reports from NHIDCL on 3 projects
Dimapur: Nagaland Lok Sabha MP S Supongmeren Jamir on Saturday sought detailed status reports from the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) over delays in the Dimapur-Kohima four-lane highway, the Kohima bypass and the Kohima-Jessami road projects.Raising concern over recurring blockages regarding the Dimapur–Kohima four-lane highway — particularly along the NH-29 stretch at New Chumoukedima village — Jamir said frequent disruptions were causing major inconvenience to commuters.Jamir aired his concerns during a review meeting held at the NHIDCL regional office in Kohima.
