MCG earmarks 20 spots for EV charging stations in Gurgaon
Gurgaon: MCG has identified 20 sites across the city for new electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, a move outlined in the city's air-pollution action plan that TOI earlier reported on Dec 18.The municipal corporation has selected locations, after a survey, where people's movement was highest. The new stations are planned near markets, community buildings, parks and major intersections to maximise accessibility and utilisation.

The locations identified by the corporation include Subhash Chandra Park, in front of Sector 4 community centre, Badshahpur community centre, Sector 47 community centre, Dundahera community centre, Sector 29 market, Sector 56 market, Sector 34 marble market, Sector 15 Part-2 market, Sector 23A Huda market, Sector 9 market, Sector 10 market, Sector 31 market and Sector 47 market.
