World Book Fair 2027 registration opens: Event to be held from January 16–24 at New Delhi
NEW DELHI: The online registration process for booking stalls for the New Delhi World Book Fair (NDWBF) 2027 has opened from February 16, 2026. The registration window will remain open until March 31, 2026.
The 2027 edition of the New Delhi World Book Fair will be held from January 16 to January 24 at Halls 2 to 6 of Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The fair is organised by the National Book Trust under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, with the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) serving as the co-organiser and venue partner.
The 54th edition of the fair will include a Theme Pavilion, Children’s Pavilion, Authors’ Corners, an International Events Corner, cultural programmes and special initiatives such as the Festival of Festivals.
The CEOSpeak International Publishing Conference and the New Delhi Rights Table will also be held alongside the fair to facilitate business-to-business engagement and rights exchange within the publishing industry.
The New Delhi World Book Fair has been held for over five decades and is regarded as a key event in the publishing calendar. India is among the leading publishing nations globally, and the fair provides a platform for exhibitors to explore business opportunities, showcase publications and participate in co-publication and rights discussions.
Publishers, institutions and organisations interested in participating have been invited to complete their registration within the specified timeline.
