E-rickshaw driver injured in shooting
New Delhi: A 54-year-old e-rickshaw driver was allegedly shot at by two men after he asked them to get down from his vehicle in northeast Delhi’s Shastri Park on Friday.
The injured man, identified as Ehsan, a resident of Shastri Park, and is under treatment.
During inquiry, Ehsan told police that two men had boarded his e-rickshaw. When he asked them to get down from the vehicle, an argument broke out between them. The situation soon escalated, following which one of the accused allegedly opened fire at him before the duo attempted to flee.
