Despite the rain, many parents turned up for the physical PTM at Delhi government schools on Monday. Many of them asked the teachers about the reopening of schools. They felt that their children were losing a lot since they were confined to their homes. With most parents working and many of them illiterate, they said they found time only in the evening to help the children. Their elder children have to pitch in to help the younger ones.
