NEW DELHI: Tributes were paid to Pradeep Bhatia, the 31-year-old photo-journalist who was among the 11 killed in the car bomb explosion which rocked Srinagar on Thursday, in the Capital on Friday.

union i&b minister arun jaitley and minister of state for commerce and industries omar abdullah were among the politicians who laid wreaths on bhatia''s body. bhatia, who worked for the hindustan times, was cremated at nigambodh ghat in the evening. union home minister l k advani, delhi chief minister shiela dikshit, city mps m l khurana, sahib singh verma and vijay goel, among others, were present at the cremation.
