Russian delegation visits Kudankulam plant

Chennai: A Russian delegation paid a visit to the Kudankulam nuclear power plant on Wednesday to inspect the development of the unit three and four. The delegation led by Andrey Nikitin, governor of the Novgorod region, comprising Evgeny Bogdanov, deputy governor of the Novgorod Region, Andrey Lebedev, vice-president of ASE JSC for Projects in India, Natalya Orlovskaya, director general of Kontur PJSC, Oleg Avdeev, general consul of RF in Chennai, visited the construction sites and inspected the reactor, turbine buildings, main pumping stations and hydraulic structures the units under construction.tnn
