CHENNAI:
Tamil Nadu recorded a pass rate of 99.76% in the CBSE Class 10 exams, the results of which were declared on Thursday. It is slightly lower than 99.94% pass rate recorded last year.
As many as 1, 42, 076 students appeared for the exam in the Chennai region, which consists of Tamil Nadu,
Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Daman and Diu.
Over 15,000 students in the region secured a CGPA (cumulative grade points average) of 10.
