Warring condemns blast outside BJP office

Chandigarh: Punjab Congress president Amrinder Singh Raja Warring has strongly condemned the blast outside the Punjab BJP office in Chandigarh on Wednesday.It is a matter of grave concern, he said, adding thankfully no loss of life had taken place.
