Jewellery, cash stolen from Kajheri house

Chandigarh: Burglars broke into a house and decamped with cash and gold-silver jewellery at Kajheri village in Sector 52 of Chandigarh. On the statement of the house owner, the Sector 36 police have registered a case against unknown persons and started probe. Mohan Kumar of Kajheri stated in his complainant that some unknown persons stole gold jewellery weighing around seven tolas, silver ornaments and Rs 50,000 cash from his house on Wednesday when he was not at home.tnn
