Chandigarh: Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann's wife Gurpreet Kaur and his mother Harpal Kaur, besides AAP leader Manish Sisodia, watched the proceedings of the Vidhan Sabha from the governor's gallery on Sunday.Later, speaking to the media, Gurpreet Kaur said: "It is a historic day. The promise of Rs 1,000 for women that had been pending for some time has been fulfilled, with the amount raised to Rs 1,500 for SC women.
