5 hurt as HRTC bus, car collide in Himachal’s Una district

Una: At least five people were seriously injured in a collision between a Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus and a car in the Amb area of Una district, Himachal Pradesh, on Wednesday. The injured were returning home after attending a condolence meeting.According to police, the accident occurred on the Mubarikpur–Bharwain road when an HRTC bus heading towards Bharwain collided head-on with a Maruti car coming from the opposite direction.The injured were identified as Usha Devi, Manbhari, Ekta Devi, Ravi Kumar, and the driver, Anil Kumar, all local residents.The injured were taken to the Civil Hospital in Amb for treatment and were stated to be out of danger.
