Rajasthan man found dead in hotel bathroom
Bhopal: A 43-year-old man from Rajasthan was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a hotel near Bharat Talkies in the Mangalwara area of Bhopal on Monday afternoon. The man’s body was found lying inside the bathroom of the hotel room. No injury marks were found on the body.
Police, who reached the spot after receiving information, said that prima facie the case appears to be of a heart attack while taking a bath. Police said the exact cause of death would be clear only after the post-mortem report is received.
According to police, the deceased, identified as Padamlal Dutta, 43, was a native of Rajasthan and had come to Bhopal to attend a hearing at the district court. He had checked into a hotel beneath the Bharat Talkies bridge at around 10 am on Monday.
At around 3 pm, hotel staff knocked on the room door, but received no response from inside for a long time. They then informed the police.
